I think reading more into the original stories will help me to learn more about the villains in the stories and to be able to know more about how they view the story as well.  Here is a picture of the step sisters from the story of Cinderella.  Cinderella Step Sisters Here is a picture of the evil queen from Snow White before she turned into the women who tried to poison Snow White.  Snow White Evil Queen Here is a picture of Ursula from The Little Mermaid. Indian Fairy Tales   Bibliography: Indian Fairy Tales by Joseph Jacobs  myth-folklore-unit-indian-fairy-tales.html There was a king who was very talkative, he would not let anyone else get a word in. The future Buddha wanted to get rid of his talkativeness. There were two ducks who met a tortoise. They asked to take him to the palace where the king lived and he agreed to go. They were carrying him there with a stick and the tortoise let go, fell, and cracked in half. The king asked the future Buddha why the tortoise fell. The future Buddha said that the tortoise could not hold his tongue and wanted to speak so he opened his mouth and fell from the stick.  Once there was a farmer but he did not get much from the farm. A nearby crane noticed. The can said he could take the bone out of the lions throat but he was scared that the lion would try and eat him. The lion promised not to so the crane agreed to do it. He did it and was successful and safe.  A man begged for rice and after a while he was able to collect a pot full of it. He thought that if there was ever a famine he could sell the rice and make money. He also intended on buying a goat and letting it have children to make a herd of goats. With the goats he planned to buy a cow and sell the calves ignorer to buy a buffalo. And with the buffaloes he will buy meres, horses, and eventually gold. Storybook Plan

Image
I plan to do a few different stories from the villains perspective.  The first story that I want to do is Snow White from the villains perspective.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snow_White The second story that I want to do from a villains perspective is Cinderella.  https://www.pitt.edu/~dash/type0510a.html The third story is that I will tell from the the villains perspective is The Little Mermaid.  The_Little_Mermaid_(1989_film) I plan to keep all these stories separate and all different stories. I do not plan to intertwine them. I plan to inform the readers on my own perspective of how the villains felt during the stories and why they did the things they did.  This displays most of the Disney villains.  Disney Villains

Adam and Eve The LORD God created a man: Adam and did not want him to be lonely so also created Eve. He created cattle and land for them to live on. He told them they could not eat the fruit from one tree and that they would be okay. But they disobeyed and ate that fruit so God sent the man to another land. No man to come ever compared to Adam. God showed all the history to Adam. God knew Adams brain when he named all of the animals. Adam created all the languages and all we know so we owe it to him. Adam had amazing characteristics which began to rouse jealousy from the angels. most of all in Satan. God invited the angels to come meet Adam but Satan, the strongest angel refused. Satan wanted to challenge Adam. Satan tried to name the animals but failed each time. Satan refused to like Adam and tried to challenge God with it so God released Satan and put him onto earth and that became the first time satan and mankind knew each other.  God put Adam back to sleep to give him wife so the

Feedback Strategies

I liked this picture because of the question mark. I really think it related to come of the articles I read by showing if it really is the right word to call it.  Source:  Feedback?  I coached a high school dance team last year so I had to give a lot of feedback them. I found the most effective way to give it was in a sandwich form. Giving a positive, a constructive comment, and then another positive is what I found to be the best way and what the team reacted to the best. The article is read was Try Feedforward instead of feedback and I really enjoyed and agreed with it because feedback is more of looking at the past and not at the future which is the most important thing to do. We obviously need to learn from our past but we need to focus on the future and what we can do tho make that better. the second article I looked at was What Kinds of Messages Help Kids Grow? I liked this article a lot because it was saying to give different kinds of feedback other than just "good job"

The story that I liked the most out of the ones I wrote about was the story of Snow White and doing it from the villains perspective. Since we do have to write multiple stories for the project I think it could be funned interesting to write each one from a different perspective.  The first could be from the perspective of the villain like I stated. I think this could be an amazing approach to the story. I think seeing it from her perspective will bring in many other things into the story.  The second perspective could be from one of the seven dwarfs. I think this could be more of a comical perspective which would be great. I think adding some comedy is something that everyone enjoys so I would be excited to write from this perspective.  I think the last perspective could either be from an animal or the prince I am kind of unsure on this one but I think both of these perspectives could be good depending on how I chose to go about it.  https://www.pitt.edu/~dash/type0709.html This is a

He was known to best most fair looking man in the heavens. He invited her to come to his palace in his letter. I liked this picture because it shows that its okay to make mistakes and to be corrected by them.  Source:  Mistakes A fixed mindset could be holding you  back - here's how to change it.  A fixed mindset could be holding you back This is the title to the first article I read. I really enjoyed this article because I think it is very true. Having a good mindset is so important in order to get things done. If you have a fixed mindset and do not keep your mind open to hearing and learning new things it can really effect the future and the outcome of things for you. The article talks about encouraging people to learn from their mistakes compared to punishing them from making them. I think this is an amazing new way of taking care of things because it shows people that making mistakes is okay and a natural thing that happens instead of telling people they have to be perfect and can make mistakes.  Why rejection hurts so much - and what to do about it  Why rejection hurts so much This is

Topic Brainstorm

The first story that I am interested in is Alice in Wonderland. I read a story that one of the former students did using this tale and I really enjoyed it. They took the approach that Alice is in a mental home with multiple personality disorder and I thought this was an amazing and creative approach. I think this story is very odd and crazy, with so many different characters and things going on so having the approach that Alice has mental problems I thought was very clever. I think taking an approach similar to that would be awesome, but doing it in my own way and putting some other twists to it.   project-idea-alice-in-wonderland.html The second story I chose is The Little Mermaid. I love this story so I think taking a different approach to it could be super interesting. I was thinking that if people knew mermaids were real and the boy on land fell in love with the mermaid it could be a very interesting concept. The boy could see the mermaid in the water and fall in love and want to

Week 2 Story: Handsome and the Witch

Once upon a time there was a women who lived in a castle. She was cursed and became a witch, the only thing that could cure her was having someone love her for whats on the inside and not the outside.  There was a poor family who lived in a small countryside home. Her son was all she had and he knew of a place in the woods where he could get medicine to cure her. So he adventured to save his sick mother.  As he was in the woods looking for this medicine it began to storm. He was freezing and did not bring any supplies to help him get through this storm. He continued to look through the woods and as he was doing so he came across a ginormous castle.
